We changed all windows that were old corroded and replaced with vinyl sliding Pella's. A total of 20 windows were replaced, over 500 square feet of windows were removed and replaced. We had to re-stucco the exterior areas around the windows and inside make new window sills, some were re-plastered others were replaced with marble sills.12 in the living-dining area, 2 in the master bedroom, 1 along side stairway to garage, 1 in the downstairs blue bedroom, 1 in the upstairs den and 2 in the bunk bedroom.
Most of all the electric switch and outlet wall plates were replaced with new..
Bought all new sheets, beds spreads, bath towels, flatware, glasses, wine glasses, plates.
The bar area was cleaned of all the old books, accumulated magazines and old games.
Kitchen/Living/dining area
All the kitchen face cabinets doors, drawers and sides renewed.
The track spot lights above the kitchen were all replaced except for two.
The four living room ceiling fans were replaced with new more of island palm look.
A new 48" LCD TV HD was installed.
All new sectional couches were put in the living room, new dining table chairs were also placed. New bar chairs also.
The master bedroom
Replaced the bathroom faucets and got rid of the old furniture, boxes in the closet, changed the lights in closet, Put new wood ceiling fan in over the MB bed.
